Our command centre is a first of its kind in India which centralises and integrates all operations of our healthcare units into one cohesive unit. Our Command centre supports the Continuum of care with effective coordination and care from pick-up till discharge or even Continuing the care at home. It also facilitates coordination between care teams, providing timely directions and guidance and prepares the care teams for patient – arrival.
Our Goals
One of the key objectives of the Command centre is to achieve clinical and operational excellence by yielding specific, measurable outcomes for improved operations and patient care. We use certain metrics like patient waiting time, death rate from snake bites etc. to measure the efficiency.
Another objective is to build tertiary hospital capacity for all the units by providing multi & super speciality & Critical care to the last mile through tele-Consultations and allowing patients to remain at home or hospitals closer to their homes by monitoring homecare services.
